Drive through the central Otago region, to the small town of Twizel and continue north following the shores of Lake Pukaki to Mount Cook. This is the highest peak of New Zealand with a landscape of glacier fed alpine lakes. Proceed to visit the Church of the Good Shepherd at Lake Tekapo. Marvel at this small picturesque church before travelling across the Canterbury Plains to arrive in the Garden City of Christchurch.</p><p>On arrival in Christchurch, proceed and check in to the hotel.</p>
